Tennis taught through fun games gets kids to start playing faster. Using all the age-appropriate elements of tennis, children will be guided through the basics by our professionally trained coaches. are designed to help develop confidence, strength and motor skills.

Youngsters

6-8 YRS

Lessons will be goal oriented to challenge and address proper technique. Coaches will assign daily goals players abilities and attitudes during play. The children learn to play through a rally with the coach and other children. Cooperative skills, hand-eye coordination, ball placement, athleticism are practiced.

Juniors

The competitive aspect of the sport is introduced. Technical skills such as serving and backhand strokes are practiced. Good sportsmanship is developed while effort and ability are praised alike.

Physical Education
Tennis

An introductory physical education class on the fundamentals of tennis. This class will cover proper footwork, stroke technique, ball control, strategy, scoring, and theory. Tennis develops confidence, increases focus and strengthens the athletic foundation to easily transition into other sports.

Exercise is an integral part in the development of a healthy child.

The one hour tennis class provides an intense cardio workout designed to be as mentally engaging as it is physically. The focus is on learning by having fun using dynamic exercises and games designed to build tennis players. Using size-appropriate balls, racquets, and nets makes the sport easy to enjoy at any age.
