Due to the restrictions set in place by Miami-Dade County and the City of Coral Gables, Neighborhood Tennis players must follow new rules and regulations in order to play:

  • No drop-ins. Pre-registration online is required before attending the club.
  • Our staff cannot accept payments or new registrations in person.
  • Please maintain 6 feet social distance from others at all times.
  • Face masks are mandatory at all times for players and parents.
  • You must bring your own face mask.
  • You must bring your own racquet and tennis balls.
  • Children should be dropped off and parents should wait in their cars.
  • Singles Play on reserved courts will be limited to one hour.
  • We are not allowed to sell water. Please bring your own.

❗️ We are only offering private lessons and court reservations that must be booked online.

I’m going on vacation and I will miss class, what can I do?

Classes missed due to vacations days can be made up! However, we require at least 15-days advance notice to info@ntennismiami.com, in order to accommodate your needs.

What happens if it rains?

Classes lost due to heavy rain will be made up at the next available practice.

* After School classes at CGES will continue safely indoors on rainy days.

* Please note that Camp classes go on RAIN or SHINE. Missed Camp classes will not carry over to another day of camp. Kids classes that are interrupted by rain or lightning will continue safely, off the tennis courts, with a focus on fitness, coordination and agility. If possible, classes will resume on the court when it is safe to play outside.

How can I book a private lesson?

We offer private and semi-private lessons for both kids and adults.

  • For more info on kids lessons, click here.
  • For private lessons for adults, book here.

What can I do if my child forgets something at the court?

Please email us at info@ntennismiami.com and indicate “Missing item” in subject line. Please provide detailed description of the missing item, as well as when and where it was last seen. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I transfer already paid classes or programs to another player?

Our system does not allow us to transfer paid classes to a different player.

Can I get a refund if I missed a class?

We have a No Refunds policy.
